On Friday the 3rd September ZIMM welcomed six new apprentices for the year 2018. Young people decided to be educated in metal processing, machining operators, media designers and designers. High numbers of apprentices show us once more that in our apprenticeship concept we are moving in the right direction. In the meantime, nearly 15 percent of our workforce is in training. This actually mirrors our corporate culture, as the issues of “sustainability and growth” are central building blocks in ZIMM, according to Gerold Egender (apprentice trainer). At any rate, we wish our new employees lots of success and enjoyment in their apprenticeship training!
